Terms of Service
These terms describe the permitted use of OTPClouds and how orders, wallet funds, and support are handled.

Using OTPClouds
OTPClouds provides temporary phone-number services where a provider route is available. You must use the service lawfully and comply with the terms of the third-party service you are verifying.
You must not use OTPClouds for fraud, impersonation, account takeover, unlawful automation, or to bypass another service's security controls or policies.
Accounts and orders
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Service, country, and number availability can change without notice.
An assigned number is temporary. OTPClouds does not guarantee that a third-party service will accept a number or deliver an SMS.
Wallet funds and refunds
Wallet top-ups are credited after the payment provider confirms the payment. Orders use the wallet and are recorded with their current status.
Refund eligibility depends on the order lifecycle and provider outcome. Review these terms before placing an order.
Changes to the service
OTPClouds may change, suspend, or remove routes when provider availability, security, legal requirements, or product operations require it.
Material policy updates will be published on this page with a new update date.
