This policy explains the information OTPClouds processes to provide accounts, wallet payments, orders, and support.

Information we process
OTPClouds processes the account information you provide, order details, assigned-number and message records, payment references and settlement status, and support messages.
Payment card and bank-entry details are handled by the payment provider during checkout. OTPClouds uses payment references and settlement information to update wallet balances and payment status.
Why we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide orders, prevent abuse, reconcile payments and refunds, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations.
We may use operational records to investigate provider failures, security incidents, and financial discrepancies.
Service providers
OTPClouds relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, payments, and phone-number fulfillment. Those providers process the information needed to perform their part of the service.
We do not sell personal information as part of the OTPClouds service.
Retention and requests
We retain records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal or financial recordkeeping obligations.
Use a support ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information. We may need to verify account ownership before responding, and may retain financial, security, or legal records where required.
